Getting geared up for the peak season has been alot of work, but with the success we have been having over the last few months, we are more encouraged than ever to hit the winter seas with a vengeance. In our efforts to prepare for the upcoming busy season, we have been upgrading our boats and equipment for maximized efficiency when the big ones start hitting. Our 52 ft Hatteras is one of the boats we have done the most work on, refurbishing the interior for comfort, and swapping out alot of the equipment for new and improved technology. Our Navnet radar that we had installed has been a huge upgrade to the vessel's electronic system, allowing us to locate fish below the water's surface. The radar also allows us to analyze the underwater landscape to find places that we know are ideal spots for certain fish species.
