The expansive villa sleeps up to 18 comfortably in its nine beautifully- designed guest rooms. Villa Montine also boasts a tropical courtyard and cutting-edge salt water swimming pool. The villa is conveniently located on Calle Hidalgo in Jaco, Costa Rica. Nearby, guests can enjoy a wide range of activities such as whale watching, wildlife viewing, boating, horseback riding, walking, paddle boating, and more.
Villa Montine contains six bedrooms downstairs, three with cozy king size beds, two with queen size beds, and one with two twin beds that can be transformed into a king size. Upstairs, you’ll discover additional bedrooms with either queen or king size beds. Every bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own split unit air conditioner, as well as a 40 inch LED smart TV with English language cable. The master bedroom has a 60 inch television. There is also high speed Wi-Fi internet available throughout the property.
The kitchen is truly the hub of the home with its oversized window overlooking the gorgeous Costa Rican beach. In the kitchen you’ll find a range of premium appliances for prepping and cooking meals, including a Wolf double oven range with six burners, a griddle and grill, two large Sub-Zero refrigerators, an ice maker and water and ice dispenser, and a Sub-Zero ice maker. The kitchen is also equipped with two Miele German dishwashers, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, and a TV. If you prefer to bring meal prop outdoors, you’ll be happy to discover an outdoor grill and rotisserie.
The indoor dining and living room is where many guests come together to eat and entertain. The multi-functional room contains air conditioning and is large enough to accommodate most special events. With views of the beach through the large window facing the Pacific Ocean, guests can take in the amazing views while watching their favorite TV shows or playing games on the 90 inch drop down projection screen. Step outdoors and there is even more to do and see. The outdoor social area overlooks the beach and seats 14 comfortably with room to dine. The courtyard area is equipped with high performance speakers and the grilling area in the front yard overlooks the beach.
